MyFoodAngel is the FUN way to lose weight with 4 clicks a day. No calorie counting is needed so it is super easy to stick with it AND you get to eat the foods you like.

MyFoodAngel is based on the latest scientific studies which show that tracking your weight and how much you eat is much more important than what you eat.

So… to lose weight, or to stop gaining weight you need to eat less and your FoodAngel is the key to that success. After each meal select its size compared to normal and hit Enter. It is that simple.

Was that last meal LESS, the SAME or MORE than normal? 2 slices of pizza rather than the usual 3 slices is LESS, a hamburger rather than a large cheeseburger is LESS, a small fries instead of a large fries is LESS , a diet drink rather than a regular soda is LESS. Got the idea?

And best of all sharing your ice cream with a friend? Well that would be LESS.

If breakfast is usually tea and toast and today it is eggs, bacon and pancakes that would be MORE.

If you usually have cereal and coffee and today you have cereal and coffee that would be SAME.

After each meal select LESS, SAME or MORE and your FoodAngel will tell you whether you are on track or if you need to eat less for your next meal.

Be Pro-Active. Try playing around with different combos of LESS, SAME and MORE for the day ahead to see how you can keep your FoodAngel happy and still have fun.

For example if you are planning on a bigger than usual lunch, which would be MORE try clicking on LESS for the other meals of the day and see if you can still be on track to lose weight.

What's the science behind the fun? Most healthcare professionals recommend losing 1 or 2 lbs a week as a reasonable goal. To achieve this the average person would need to eat 500 calories less per day. For example cut back from 3 slices of pizza to 2 and have a small fries instead of a large fries or swap a can of soda for water and share your ice cream with a friend. Studies also show that if you weigh yourself every day you are less likely to put on weight.

The set up is as simple as answering 3 questions.

-Your current weight.

-Whether you want to lose weight or stay the same.

-Whether you are currently gaining weight, losing weight or staying the same.

This is your own personal private profile and you can reset it at any time.

Click on the Progress tab to see how you're doing. One chart shows your weight and a 2nd shows whether you ate LESS, the SAME or MORE than usual. All being well you will see your weight fall as you eat LESS rather than MORE.

No need to register or sign up to use the app but if you do choose to sign up you can see how your doing online as well as on your Iphone.

MyFoodAngel is the first step to a healthy weight but this app is not for people who want to tabulate calories and nutritional content for every food item.
